AdvisorTarget is committed to data privacy and providing a simple and secure process for consumers to manage their personal information. The California Consumer Privacy Act (the “CCPA”) allows California residents to exercise certain rights, including the right to access/know, correct, delete or opt-out of certain uses of personal information. The CCPA, along with the California Data Broker Registration law, requires businesses, like AdvisorTarget, to publish these data processing metrics on an annual basis.

2024 Consumer Requests Report

In May of 2024, AdvisorTarget was acquired by Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc., and as a result of such acquisition, became subject to the CCPA and California’s data broker law, effective as of January 1, 2025. During the months of June 2024 through December 2024, AdvisorTarget received and responded to consumer requests as set forth in the table below.
